The results of the case study show that the RoofDesigner plugin can significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of roof design in SketchUp. The plugin was able to generate a accurate 3D roof model in 10 minutes, compared to 2 hours required for manual design. The plugin also reduced the number of errors in the roof design and generated a detailed 2D drawing of the roof.
